Contract Summary
Your lawn will be mowed on a scheduled basis determined upon signing. If time between scheduled mowing exceeds two weeks an additional 50% will be added to the mowing price. This fee does not apply if contractor alters schedule or delay is weather related. Clippings may be left on lawn but no visible clumps will be left. Clippings will be blown from drive-ways and walk-ways after mowing has been completed. In the event of rain, additional clippings may be left on wet surfaces.
Contracted clients must pay for mowing service within 7 calender days or pay each month in advance. Late payments will be subject to a late fee specified in the contract. Subsequent services will be delayed until payment is received.
Any client-requested change to the mowing schedule must be made with 2 days verbal notice. Contractor reserves the right to alter the schedule without consent of client. Termination of the contract may be by either party upon 15 days' written notice. Contract termination will be complete when all services and fees have been paid in full.
